For fitness to be sustainable, I think we have to not only enjoy what we are doing, but find ways to incorporate it into our daily lives.  I thought I would share a few of my favorite activites that contribute to healthy living.

Of course I love the outdoors…not simply for activity’s sake, but for what the fresh air and the openness ot nature does for my inner chi.  These are a few favorite websites for adventure planning:

Vacation Rentals and more Vacation Rentals for those times the weather takes away that desire for fresh air but you still need to escape life for awhile.
